I have a lower lumbar disk that has almost completely worn away. I was prescribed pain medications and muscle relaxers, but they completely zonk me out, and I cannot function at all. I take a full dropper twice a day (am and pm) under my tongue and hold it for 60 seconds. The flavor is very mild and the drops seem to absorb rather quickly. Plus, it does not bother my gut the way OTC and prescription pain meds do. I highly recommend this oil.

Very pleased with these gummies. They are quite strong, but they come in nice squares and can easily be cut in halves or quarters. A quarter gummy gives a slight body buzz and a very relaxed vibe. A half gummy will get you a pleasant yet controllable high that lasts about 3 hours. A full gummy is a little much for me. It is mostly a body high, but you do get a strong sense of that "stoned" feeling, which is not what I'm after. I take Delta 8 for pain management, and in that regard it works pretty well, as Delta 8 is more of a body high than a head high, compared to Delta 9 and Delta 10. Overall recommended. Very high quality and very consistent from gummy to gummy.
