Been using for months. The ratio is perfect. No complaints, helps me sleep and unwind when my brain chooses not to shut off.
I have a lower lumbar disk that has almost completely worn away. I was prescribed pain medications and muscle relaxers, but they completely zonk me out, and I cannot function at all. But this CBD+CBG oil is very effective in helping my pain from the vertebrae grinding and the muscle spasms without making me drowsy or loopy. I can drive, work, and mentally function with significant improvement in my pain. It doesn’t take the pain completely away, but it helps to relax me and makes the pain much more manageable. I take a full dropper twice a day (am and pm) under my tongue and hold it for 60 seconds. The flavor is very mild and the drops seem to absorb rather quickly. Plus, it does not bother my gut the way OTC and prescription pain meds do. I highly recommend this oil.
