I liked this pen a lot . I used it all day on a charged. I used this pen heavily and it wont work anymore . not heating cartridges. I'm gonna try a new one.

    The customer service is 10/10. I accidentally bought the wrong strain, sent an email and the customer service helped me resolve the issue.
    (within a few hours before it shipped) The customer support – their name is Kamren Spinoza. they were a good help. They helped me switch my order to the correct one quickly, if they had not i would’ve definitely not made a second order with this company.
