Shipping Policy
Shipping On Us Here’s How It Works
We pay for standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $80 no code needed. For smaller orders under $80, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery method you choose.
Fulfillment & Shipping Times
- Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days.
(Most ship out in less than 24 hours!) - Orders placed after 1 PM PST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
- We ship Monday through Friday from our fulfillment centers.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- USPS First Class Mail: 1–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–5 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
Note: Delivery windows begin after the package leaves our warehouse. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using your carrier’s website.
Shipping Availability
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace any item that arrives in unsatisfactory condition.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your tracking number shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, please contact the carrier directly:
- USPS: 800-275-8777
- UPS: 800-742-5877
- If your package is lost or delayed in transit, our team will open a shipping claim on your behalf. In most cases, we’ll also reissue a replacement shipment while we investigate the original delivery with the carrier.
💡 Important Notes
Once we hand your package off to USPS or UPS, delivery times are entirely in the hands of the carrier. While we prioritize Priority Mail and do our best to fulfill orders the same day or within 24 hours, we cannot control postal delays.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer a money-back guarantee as cannabinoid effects vary by individual.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
