Shipping and Return Policy

We strive to provide the best service, with the highest regards to quality and shipping.  We ship orders from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days (most orders are shipped within less than 24 hours from purchase). However, the time it takes for your package to be delivered depends on your chosen shipping method.

All orders purchased after 1pm on Fridays will not ship out until the following Monday as our warehouses are closed on weekends.

  • First Class Mail shipping takes between 1-7 business days after being shipped.
  • Priority Mail takes between 1-5 business days.
  • UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days and UPS 2nd Day takes 2 business days.

There is no guaranteed delivery date, the number of days you see at check out is only an estimate.

The shipping time estimation starts when your package has been shipped, which can take as many as 3 business days after your purchase has been processed.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. These orders will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. If you require your product sooner, you still have the option to choose another shipping method during checkout.

We’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The shipping cost is non-refundable. We only ship to the United States.

Due to the sensitivity of our products we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds on any product.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, let us know, and we will replace your items.

We do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD affects each individual differently.

We are not responsible for packages stolen from your mailbox or doorstep.
